Overview
Senior Scrum Master is a servant leader and Agile champion responsible for guiding multiple Scrum teams toward high performance, continuous improvement. This role facilitates Agile ceremonies, removes impediments, builds strong team cohesion, and partners with product and technology leaders to ensure alignment on priorities and outcomes. The Senior Scrum Master also mentors Scrum Masters and contributes to evolving Agile practices across the organization.

- Execute primary responsibilities accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate effectively with internal colleagues and external partners
- Uphold company policies, regulatory standards, and quality benchmarks
- Utilize required systems, tools, and technologies to complete tasks
- Perform additional duties as assigned, consistent with the role
- Serve as a servant leader for two or more cross functional Scrum teams, ensuring adherence to Scrum values, principles, and practices.
- Coach teams to become self managing, high performing, and accountable for delivery outcomes.
- Mentor other Scrum Masters and team members on Agile frameworks, mindset, and execution excellence.
- At the end of every Sprint provide metrics tracking team velocity to ensure the teams are delivering to their capacity.
Qualifications
- Education
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as

- Equivalent experience is accepted in place of a degree.
- Experience
- 5–8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or similar role.
- Advanced understanding of Agile principles.
- Demonstrated success leading multiple Scrum teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong conflict resolution, facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.
- Experience with Agile tools (e.g. Jira, Smart Sheets, SharePoint).

USD $111,496.30 - USD $139,370.38 /Hr.
