You'll own the delivery rhythm for one or more product squads building enterprise software from the ground up. This is a hands-on Scrum Master role inside a digital product studio that ships custom software, including products that incorporate emerging AI models.
The job isn't about running ceremonies for the sake of process. It's about keeping senior engineers and designers unblocked, protecting focus, and making sure each sprint moves the product forward.
You'll facilitate sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives across one or two squads. You'll work closely with product owners to keep the backlog refined before planning, clear impediments quickly, manage cross-team dependencies, and keep remote teammates aligned across time zones. You'll also track delivery signals like velocity and cycle time, then use them to coach the team and give leadership a clear view of delivery health and risk.
We're looking for someone with 5+ years of Scrum Master or agile delivery experience in a product studio, consultancy, or software delivery environment. The strongest candidates have supported fully remote teams, can handle multiple squads at once, and know when to adapt the framework to fit the team. Experience in client-facing delivery settings and with senior cross-functional squads matters here. Familiarity with AI-native product teams, and comfort operating in short delivery cycles with high autonomy, are both strong signals.
