Base pay range

$68.00/hr - $70.00/hr

Agile Delivery Manager / Sr. Scrum Master

Pay Rate: $68-$70/hr DOE

Long term contract with potential for conversion

Hybrid: 4 Days Onsite / 1 Remote

Responsibilities:

• Agile Leadership: Lead and mentor teams using Scrum and Scrum-ban Agile development methodologies.
• Project Tracking: Track and report on weekly project statuses, team Sprint Metrics, including team capacity and output, and delivery timelines.
• Scrum Process Monitoring: Monitor scrum processes and meetings, acting as a buffer between scrum teams, product teams, and external teams. Maintain a safe working environment and assist with conflict resolution.
• Impediment Coordination: Coordinate across multiple departments to remove any impediments that may hinder progress.
• Problem Solving: Think quickly to solve problems and adjust priorities for the team in a fast-paced environment.
• Communication: Exhibit strong communication skills to effectively communicate within the team, across other feature teams, and up to stakeholders and leadership.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum seven years of hands-on experience as a Scrum Master.
• Agile coaching experience (preferred but not mandatory).
• SAFE certification (preferred).

Location:

• Onsite presence required four days a week during the onboarding period, with potential flexibility to reduce to three days a week thereafter.
