Job summary

KellyMitchell is seeking a Senior Scrum Master to join the Enterprise Technology Identity and Access Management (IAM) team. The contract is 15 months with hybrid work in Glendale or Kirkland, preference for Glendale.

You will facilitate all Agile ceremonies, support sprint readiness and delivery, and collaborate with Product Owners, Engineering Managers, and cross-functional teams to resolve blockers and dependencies while driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• BS or BA degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of experience in Agile delivery, Scrum Master, or Agile Specialist roles.
• Experience in cybersecurity or Identity & Access Management environments.
• Familiarity with IAM domains including Authentication, Authorization, PAM, IGA, and Directory Services.
• Facilitating Agile ceremonies and managing sprint execution.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, demos, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Support sprint readiness, sprint goals, team capacity, velocity, and sprint execution to promote predictable delivery.
• Coordinate BAU, project work, unplanned demand, and backlog priorities with Product Owners and Engineering Managers.
• Identify and resolve blockers, risks, issues, and dependencies impacting team performance and delivery.
• Coordinate dependencies across IAM domains and collaborate with engineering, product, security, and operations teams.
• Provide transparent delivery reporting, including sprint progress, risks, timelines, dependencies, and outcomes.
• Coach teams on Agile principles and drive continuous improvement and consistent Agile practices.

Job Summary Our client, a leading entertainment and technology provider, is seeking a Senior Scrum Master to join their Enterprise Technology Identity and Access Management (IAM) team.

Contract key details

• Contract type: 15-month contract
• Contract duration: 6/25/2026 – 10/4/2027
• Work location: Glendale or Kirkland, with preference for the Glendale office
• Work arrangement: Hybrid

Core Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, demos, sprint reviews, and retrospectives

Required Skills/Experience (Must-Haves)

• BS or BA degree or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of experience in Agile delivery, Scrum Master, or Agile Specialist roles
• Experience working in cybersecurity or Identity & Access Management environments
• Familiarity with IAM domains, including Authentication, Authorization, PAM, IGA, and Directory Services
• Demonstrated experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and managing sprint execution
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe
• Experience managing multiple priorities, dependencies, and stakeholders in a complex enterprise environment
• Strong communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills
• Experience using Agile tools such as Jira

Preferred Skills/Experience (Nice-to-Haves)

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or equivalent certification
• Experience supporting large-scale Agile delivery or transformation initiatives
• CISSP or other security certifications

Compensation & Benefits

Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $51.00 and $73.00 per hour. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
