Job summary

Qualifications

• 3 years of budgeting, scheduling and cost reporting experience.
• 3 years of producer, production manager or line producer experience.
• 3 years of overseeing and managing projects and deadlines experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple scripted projects in development and production with guidance.
• Meet with show producers, production managers, and creative executives in budget and production meetings.
• Work with partner teams and production companies on production safety, security, insurance, labor, immigration, visa, travel, and tax issues.
• Be on-set when necessary to evaluate work-flow, budgets and potential problems domestically and abroad.
• Analyze budgets and cost reports with production finance to ensure delivery of all required assets.
• Lead project kick-off meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage projects with other internal departments such as creative, marketing, press, business affairs, legal, finance, and tax.
• Have experience with industry unions and guilds both domestically and internationally
