Job summary

GoldenTech in Washington, DC is seeking a Security Program Manager to lead security operations for a federal contract. You will oversee access control, SCIF procedures, and vendor coordination while ensuring compliance with ICD 705 standards.

The role requires 3+ years in security operations, 2+ years in supervision, and an active TS/SCI clearance. You will mentor staff, manage badge systems, and ensure continuous security for sensitive facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Security, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years in security operations.
• 2+ years in leadership or supervision.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• Experience with SCIF security procedures.
• Familiar with access control, CCTV, and security hardware.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Engineers and supervise Access Control Attendants to ensure contract compliance.
• Manage and maintain access control systems, ensuring continuous functionality.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for system support and upgrades.
• Ensure compliance with ICD 705 security standards and GSA policies for security equipment.
• Oversee SCIF access protocols, badging systems, and physical security controls.
• Conduct equipment and system inspections, troubleshooting issues as needed.
• Provide on-call support and manage emergency security procedures.
• Ensure all personnel security clearance documents are properly completed and submitted.
