Job summary

Qualifications
- PhD required in a relevant life sciences field.
- 2–3 years of experience in biopharma setting.
- Expertise in tissue/cell biology for delivery.
- Experience with nucleic acids or antibody drug conjugates is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop assays and strategies to enable tissue-specific delivery of oligonucleotide conjugates.
- Design and interpret in vitro and ex vivo assays to evaluate delivery and outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to expand delivery into new cell types and tissues.
- Communicate data, conclusions, and rationale to the team and leadership.
- Mentor and support the scientific development of junior staff.
