Job summary

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in organic chemistry with 3+ years in DS process development or MS with 9+ years in process chemistry.
• Expert understanding of multi-step synthesis, purification, and characterization of complex molecules.
• Experience with DS process development for early-stage assets and CDMO engagement.
• Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and CMC concepts for IND filings.

Responsibilities

• Lead early-stage process chemistry development for synthetic small molecules.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver IND/RTQ-ready processes.
• Oversee CDMO collaborations and manage development timelines and risk.
