You will lead computational analyses, collaborate with wet-lab scientists, and develop reproducible workflows for segmentation, deconvolution, and biomarker discovery across platforms like Xenium, CosMx, GeoMx, MERSCOPE and Visium.

Qualificações

• PhD or MS with industry experience in relevant fields.
• Proficient in spatial and single-cell computational concepts.
• Hands-on experience with major spatial platforms or ability to stand up platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Lead computational analysis and biological interpretation of high‑dimensional spatial datasets.
• Analyze tumor microenvironment biology, including cellular composition and spatial organization.
• Develop analytical approaches for segmentation, deconvolution, and biomarker discovery.
• Collaborate with wet‑lab scientists on experimental design and validation.
• Maintain reproducible computational workflows for high‑dimensional data.
• Communicate complex findings through presentations and reports.
