The ideal candidate has a PhD, 6+ years in biotech/pharma, deep spatial omics expertise, and strong collaboration with computational teams. The role requires hands-on leadership, CRO management, and advancing technologies in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• PhD in Genetics, Genomics or related field required.
• Post-doctoral fellowship or equivalent industry experience required.
• Minimum 6 years biotech/pharma experience in technical roles.
• Deep spatial omics expertise with end-to-end workflows.
• Strong communication and cross-disciplinary collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and validation of spatial genomics and profiling assays.
• Design workflows for tissue processing, in situ hybridization and sequencing.
• Scale laboratory infrastructure and manage CROs/external partners.
• Collaborate with computational teams to translate data into insights.
• Drive technology adoption and cross-functional project delivery.
