• Lead polymorphism studies and polymorph screening for synthetic molecules.
• Design and conduct salt selection studies with in-depth physical characterization and stability assessment.
• Serve as solid-state representative on development projects and collaborate with Crystallization, Biopharm and Chemistry teams.
• Develop and implement analytical methods using XRPD, DSC, TGA, SEM, Raman, IR, and laser granulometry.
• Generate technical reports and provide physical characterization support to internal partners.
• Apply computational tools for Crystal Structure Prediction and AI/modeling integration.
• Promote scientific excellence through internal and external presentations and publications.
