Responsibilities

• Lead a junior scientist in generating and reporting data for new claims substantiation.
• Provide scientific training, mentorship, and oversee experimentation.
• Collaborate with ATP, clinical testing, regulatory, and other R&I groups to translate innovations into brand assets.
• Manage multiple upstream platforms and deliver high-impact breakthrough technologies.
• Set PDP goals, evaluate performance, and guide career development.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal standards in project work.
