This role focuses on translating consumer beliefs and needs into critical product design features and technologies, linking consumer insights to performance targets for packaging, devices, and regimens. You will collaborate with Advanced Technologies, Formulation, Packaging and Processing teams to deliver new and improved products, while applying consumer models and data analysis

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor of Engineering or Science in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, Psychology, Anthropology, Consumer/Sensory Science or related field.
• Demonstrates learning agility, strive for excellence and follow through, embraces and initiates change, builds collaborative relationships.
• High desire to learn, highly motivated.
• Understanding of the scientific method and problem solving to improve products or experiences.
• Experience designing, conducting, and analyzing consumer research to uncover and translate beliefs, needs and desires into product features.

Aufgaben

• Translate consumer beliefs, needs and desires into technical product features and cues.
• Define targets and acceptable ranges for performance and consumer models linked to benefits.
• Collaborate across category on platform and upstream research with Tech, Formulation, Packaging and Processing partners.
• Deliver technical products research projects and develop technical benefit statements and core claim spaces.
• Support consumer model development and performance targets in projects.
