Job summary

Estée Lauder Companies seeks a senior scientist in Advanced Technologies to lead a junior team, designing experiments and generating data to substantiate brand claims. You will collaborate with ATP, regulatory, and clinical groups to advance innovative technologies and biologically grounded concepts across EL brands.

Qualifications

Masters (with 1-2 years of experience).
Phd with Minimum 9 years of experience.
10% Travel.

Responsibilities

Leads a junior scientist and oversees experimentation and data reporting for new claims substantiation.
Interacts with ATP, clinical testing, legal/regulatory and other R&I groups to bring innovative technologies to the brands, developing new biological concepts and reporting data.
Manages multiple upstream platforms and pillars within the AT department, guiding projects to deliver high-impact breakthrough technologies across brands.
Develops PDP goals, evaluates performance, and provides feedback and career guidance to the team.
