You will distill complex mechanisms into clear messages for cross-functional teams and external audiences, collaborating with R&I, Regulatory, Brand Development, Marketing, and Creative, across barrier function, aging, pigmentation, hydration, and regeneration.

Qualifications

• Ability to interpret dermatological and mechanistic literature.
• Strong writing and verbal communication to simplify complex biology.
• Experience working cross-functionally with scientific, clinical, regulatory, marketing teams.
• Knowledge of skincare science and ingredient mechanisms.

Responsibilities

• Translate dermatology and ingredient technologies into clear, benefit-driven science messaging.
• Develop scientific narratives and claim-support language for product storytelling.
• Distill complex pathways into simple, consumer-friendly messages.
• Collaborate with R&I, Clinical, Formulation, Product Development, and Marketing teams.
• Review literature to inform communication strategy and opportunities.
