Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Senior Scientist in Method Development (Regulated Bioanalysis) to lead LC-MS-based method development, validation, and biomarker-focused study support for developmental compounds. You will guide technical excellence in sample cleanup, chromatography, and MS instrumentation within a regulated setting.

The role emphasizes cross-functional study leadership, collaboration, and interaction with CROs, with opportunities to mentor junior scientists and advance

Competenze

• Ph.D. or equivalent advanced degree in the Life Sciences with extensive academic and/or industry experience.
• Experience in bioanalytical and biomarker assay development and validation in a regulated environment.
• Strong LC-MS/MS skills with separation and quantitation for small molecules and large biomolecule therapeutics.

Mansioni

• Evaluate and apply novel techniques to address bioanalytical and biomarker issues.
• Provide in-house bioanalytical support for development programs using tandem mass spectrometry.
• Be the technical expert on LC-MS instrumentation, sample cleanup, and method issues.
• Interact with bioanalytical CROs to transfer knowledge and lead technology adoption.
• Prepare written and oral project updates and presentations.
