Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university.
• 5+ years of experience in project management and/or product development.
• Proven ability to communicate with leaders and teams across R&E and cross-functional orgs.
• Experience developing learning plans and executing consumer research.
• Ability to direct work of team members not in direct reporting.
• 15-25% travel, in-country and international.

Responsibilities

• Provide product leadership across the Diaper Discovery programs and seed ideas.
• Mentor junior scientists and develop learning plans with cross-functional teams.
• Lead interactions with Marketing to ensure product design aligns with strategy.
• Protect and defend proprietary products and technology through patents and trade secrets.
• Document learnings and coach team members in documentation practices.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and sustainability requirements.
• Interface with other work streams to ensure business success.
