Kimberly-Clark is seeking a qualified scientist to join our R&D team, focusing on the Cottonelle Dry Bath Tissue portfolio. You will provide technical and process support, analyze performance, and collaborate with R&D, pilot plant operations, and manufacturing to deliver innovative solutions.

You will contribute to product quality, efficiency, and sustainability initiatives, while partnering with mill operations to optimize processes and adopt new technologies. 15-25% travel is required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required from an accredited college/university.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence leadership across levels.

Responsabilidades

• Providing technical and process support for initiatives focused on the Cottonelle Dry Bath Tissue portfolio.
• Analyzing product and process performance to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation.

• Supporting product quality, efficiency, and sustainability initiatives across the business.
