Job summary
Advanced Sterilization Products in Irvine, CA is seeking a Senior Scientist, R&D Chemistry to design and develop cleaning and disinfection/sterilization products. You will lead protocols, supervise lab studies, and collaborate across teams to meet regulatory and quality expectations.
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years, or a Master’s with 3+ years, or a PhD with up to 2 years in a GxP-regulated setting, and offers growth within a global sterilization technology leader.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry or related field with 5+ years of applicable experience.
- Master’s Degree in Chemistry or related field with 3+ years of applicable experience.
- Ph.D. in Chemistry or related field with 0-2 years of applicable experience including experience in a GxP-regulated industry.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute research projects in support of new cleaning and disinfection/sterilization technologies.
- Prepare and execute protocols/studies from feasibility to verification/validation.
- Manage laboratory studies and generate technical reports and presentations.
