Job summary

Role:

Lead process development for a cell-based therapeutic targeting diabetes, focusing on embryonic stem cell expansion and cell banking.

Responsibilities:

• design, execute, analyze, and interpret studies to optimize and characterize cell culture processes
• apply scientific and Quality by Design principles
• troubleshoot technical challenges and contribute to manufacturing investigations
• communicate findings to teams and ensure data integrity through documentation and technical reports
• lead cross-functional study planning and mentoring.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years, Masters with 4+ years, or PhD with 0-3 years in process development, biopharma, or related field
• strong background in cell culture, process engineering, and GMP
• experience with bioreactors, automation (Ambr), and cell processing equipment preferred
• excellent collaboration, communication, and organization skills.
