Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Distinguished Scientist in Oncology Discovery, Innovative Medicine, located in Spring House, PA. You will lead cross-disciplinary teams to develop best-in-class therapies for prostate cancer, including T-cell engagers and small molecules.

Candidates should have a Ph.D. in Cancer Biology or Immunology and 12+ years of industry experience, with a proven ability to lead programs, manage scientific talent, and drive collaboration with external partners and internal

Qualifications

Ph.D. in Cancer Biology and/or Immunology with 12+ years in industry.
Experience leading portfolio programs and teams.
Hands-on experience with large molecules and IND-enabling activities.
Strong collaboration with legal and business development for IP.

Responsibilities

Lead a scientists team to nominate TCE and costimulatory molecules for prostate cancer.
Develop state-of-the-art assays to identify optimal TCE candidates for solid tumors.
Foster scientific excellence and innovation to advance next-gen TCE platforms.
Partner with leaders in other areas to select binders and delivery strategies.
Coordinate business development and diligence for next-gen TCE or small molecules.
Remove barriers to collaboration across workstreams.
Contribute to IP, public presentations, and manuscript writing; identify academic partnerships.
Mentor scientists and develop talent on the team.
Contribute to PDAS discovery leadership across workstreams.
