Responsibilities

• Lead a team of scientists to nominate T-cell engagers (TCE) and costimulatory molecules for prostate cancer.
• Develop state-of-the-art assays to identify optimal TCE candidates for solid tumors.
• Foster a culture of scientific excellence and innovation across workstreams.
• Partner with leaders in other therapeutic areas to select binders, configurations, and delivery strategies.
• Organize business development and diligence efforts with internal and external partners.
• Encourage open communication and remove barriers to collaboration.
• Contribute to IP, public presentations, and manuscript writing; identify academic partnerships.
• Mentor scientists and develop professional skills within the team.
• Provide leadership across the PDAS discovery team’s strategy across workstreams
