Job summary

You will lead in vivo and ex vivo studies across multiple programs, mentor junior scientists, and contribute to advancing innovative therapies while staying current with oncology

Qualifications

• BS/BA in life sciences with 10+ years of relevant experience, or MS with 7+ years, or PhD with 1–3 years.
• Experience with oncology-relevant xenografts and syngeneic mouse models.
• Experience with small molecules and/or biologics.
• Experience with immune-modulatory agents, vaccines or cell therapies such as CAR-Ts is desirable.
• Strong skills in tumor implantation, dosing, and data collection.
• Experience with bioluminescent imaging, flow cytometry, IHC, ELISA, RT-PCR, or Luminex is desirable.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and interpret in vivo pharmacology studies to validate oncology targets.
• Develop and optimize in vivo models including PK/PD and dose/schedule in cancer models.
• Lead development and adaptation of research methods to improve existing models.
• Perform and oversee complex in vivo preclinical cancer studies with regulatory compliance.
• Analyze data and present results to internal teams and publications.
• Collaborate across functions and mentor junior scientists.
