• Experience leveraging multi-omics (proteomics, metabolomics, RNA-based methods) and data integration.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute targeted perturbation studies using human in vitro systems and collaborating in vivo preclinical models to map biomarker cascades.
• Employ multi-omics approaches (proteomics, metabolomics and single-cell RNA sequencing) to link disease states, drug action, and biomarker changes.
• Generate robust mechanistic data packages to prioritize biomarker panels for translation into early-stage clinical trials.
• Establish disease models to interrogate target biology and biomarker responses in CNS tissues and biofluids.
• Thrive in an agile, collaborative environment, partnering with bench biologists, AI/ML scientists, and clinical colleagues.
• Deliver clear written and oral presentations to communicate complex findings and strategic recommendations.
