Job summary
Our Company’s Neuroscience Therapeutic area is seeking a Senior Scientist to join the Neuroscience Biomarker Discovery Team in Boston. You will design and execute biomarker strategies across CNS programs, spanning preclinical to early clinical trials, using hiPSC-derived systems and organoids to map biomarker responses to target engagement.
You will lead multi-omics studies (proteomics, metabolomics, single-cell sequencing) to link disease biology with drug action, generate robust data packages,
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with human in vitro models (hiPSC neurons, astrocytes, microglia).
- Experience with multiomic approaches (proteomics, metabolomics, RNA sequencing).
- Ability to link biology to biomarker outcomes in human disease.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute targeted perturbation studies using human in vitro systems.
- Employ multi-omics to establish links between disease, drug action, and biomarker changes.
- Generate data packages to support biomarker panels and clinical translation.
- Collaborate with bench scientists, AI/ML experts, and clinical teams.
