Job summary

Qualifications

Hands-on expertise in human in vitro model systems for neurodegeneration or neuroinflammation.
Experience with multi-omics approaches (proteomics, metabolomics, RNA sequencing).
Proven track record linking biology to biomarker outcomes in human disease.

Responsibilities

Design and execute targeted perturbation studies using human in vitro systems and in vivo models to map biomarker cascades.
Use multi-omics and pharmacological interventions to link disease biology to biomarker modulation over time and space.
Generate data packages to inform biomarker panels for early clinical translation.
Develop disease models to interrogate target biology in CNS tissues and biofluids.
Collaborate with bench scientists, AI/ML experts, and clinicians; present findings clearly to stakeholders.
