Qualifications

• Ph.D. in molecular biology, genomics, biochemistry or a closely related field
• Minimum 5–8 years of industry experience or 2+ years post-doctoral research plus 3+ years of industry experience

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and execute laboratory research to advance Natera’s liquid biopsy products
• Develop and optimize nucleic-acid based diagnostic tests and multiomic workflows
• Manage project timelines and deliverables
• Design and perform high-complexity experiments independently
• Coordinate experiments with statistics and bioinformatics teams
• Communicate progress with managers and colleagues
