Job summary

Natera is seeking a Senior Bioinformatics Scientist to join our Bioinformatics team focused on early cancer detection. You will design and implement scalable pipelines and novel algorithms to analyze large genomic datasets, collaborating with wet-lab scientists and statisticians to drive impactful research.

• 0–3 years of bioinformatics experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and validate advanced algorithms and models for large-scale genomic datasets for early cancer detection.
• Develop automated analysis workflows for clinical diagnostics (variant calling, fusion detection, QC).
• Contribute to code reviews and maintain technical documentation; optimize core computational infrastructure.
• Analyze complex multi-omic data using internal pipelines with wet-lab scientists and statisticians.
