Job summary

Kraft Heinz Glenview R&D Center in Glenview, IL is seeking a Senior Scientist, Product Development - Meals to lead development and commercialization projects across meals platforms for North America. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering as requested.
• Meats or meals experience (formulation/processing) preferred, including pasta, sauces, soups.
• Experience leading development and commercialization in CPG settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution across multiple meals projects with varied complexity.
• Own commercialization processes and activities as the technical lead.
• Collaborate across cross-functional teams including manufacturing, QA and marketing.
• Provide updates to teams; identify hurdles and propose solutions.
• Translate research findings into business objectives and outcomes.
• Mentor and coach colleagues; coordinate activities with internal and external facilities.
