• Experience designing and executing advanced analytical experiments.
• Strong data interpretation and problem-solving skills.
• Experience developing and validating analytical methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and execution of experiments using advanced analytical techniques.
• Mentor junior staff and lead cross-functional collaborations.
• Develop and validate analytical methods and SOPs.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and proper data documentation.
• Communicate findings and implications to internal teams and stakeholders.
• Support IP development and technology transfer initiatives.
