Qualifications

7+ years hands-on biopharma experience.
4+ years Lentiviral vector producer/packaging cell line development for GLP/GMP.
2+ years managing direct reports.
Proven track record balancing bench leadership with platform strategy.
Experience communicating work to external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Set the scientific roadmap for the Lentiviral Vector CLD platform.
Lead development processes: transfection, pool generation, cloning, screening, and cell banking.
Partner with commercial teams to present platform capabilities to customers.
Mentor scientists and manage team performance and design rigor.
Represent CLD on cross-functional teams and communicate progress clearly.
Drive innovation through new workflows and applications.
