Job summary

Qualifications

• :- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences required
• - Master’s degree preferred
• - Minimum 12 years hands-on laboratory experience
• - Extensive antibody-based assay & reagent development experience
• - Extensive knowledge of MSD technology & processes
• - Biosafety Level 2 (BSL-2) training and experience

Responsibilities

• Independently designs and executes complex experiments.
• Analyzes data and prepares presentations with recommendations.
• Acts as subject matter expert and guides team members.
• Coordinates and manages junior team members.
• Maintains lab supplies, inventory, and reagents.
• May monitor and report on lab infrastructure.
• Duties may vary by department requirements.
