Qualifications

• PhD/MS/BS with extensive experience in analytical methods for RNA, oligonucleotides, lipids, or biologics.
• Strong background in method development, troubleshooting, and data interpretation.
• Ability to lead analytical activities and communicate results to multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytical method development and characterization for RNA and lipid nanoparticle programs.
• Develop, implement, and troubleshoot fit-for-purpose methods for routine and non-routine analyses.
• Design strategies to support product characterization, stability, and transfer activities.
• Create efficient workflows for analytical testing, data processing, and interpretation.
• Investigate complex problems and adopt new capabilities to address program needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to characterize lipid nanoparticle composition and product quality.
• Mentor junior scientists and contribute to analytical best practices.
• Author and review technical reports and study protocols.
