Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior scientific and technical advisor to the Program Manager.
• Conduct rigorous evaluations of the scientific and technical landscape.
• Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities within research portfolios.
• Monitor and assess performer progress against defined milestones.
• Critically review complex scientific and engineering data.
• Support program execution through documentation and reporting.
