Job summary

Qualifications

• PhD with 5+ years, Master’s with 8+ years or Bachelor’s with 10+ years in biosciences or related fields.
• Formulation and drug product development for monoclonal antibodies and biologics; lyophilization experience preferred.
• Experience with experimental design, data analysis and statistical programs.
• Strong knowledge of analytical methods for formulation assessment.
• Experience authoring development reports and regulatory documents.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams on drug development projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide scientific leadership for formulation development and process optimization of parenteral products.
• Design and execute in-house studies, including screening and stability testing; apply DoE and statistics.
• Oversee internal/external development and manufacturing activities; perform data review and risk assessment.
• Lead tech transfer of processes to contract manufacturers with cross-functional alignment.
• Draft and review technical reports, regulatory submissions and publications.
• Represent Drug Product and Formulation on cross-functional teams; drive strategy and timelines.
• Ensure scientific oversight of data from internal and external CRO/CMO partners.
• Drive continuous improvement and adopt new technologies to strengthen capabilities.
