Formación

• Ph.D. in chemistry/biochemistry/chemical engineering/pharmaceutical sciences or related field with 0–4 years experience; M.S. with 8+ years; or Bachelor with 10+ years.
• Strong foundation in chemistry, drug delivery, formulation or polymer science.
• Ability to design experiments, troubleshoot, analyze data and draw conclusions.
• Hands-on experience with pharmaceutical formulation and analytical methods.
• Strong written and verbal communication for multidisciplinary audiences.
• Collaborative cross-functional work and priority management in fast-paced lab settings.

Responsabilidades

• Independently design, execute, analyze, and document laboratory studies for drug delivery systems.
• Develop and optimize delivery for small molecules and biologics (proteins/peptides).
• Apply formulation and biophysical principles to address stability and performance.
• Characterize formulations using analytical methods and interpret results.
• Communicate study plans, risks, and results to teams; prepare reports and documentation.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to meet project goals.
