Flagship Pioneering is seeking a Senior Scientist to join FL129 in Cambridge, MA, to build a novel platform for data-driven small molecule discovery. You will work with experimental and computational scientists to drive technology development and translational readouts.

The ideal candidate holds a Ph.D. in a relevant field with 5+ years of industry or postdoctoral experience, strong molecular biology and screening knowledge, and excellent collaboration and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in molecular biology or related field with 5+ years of industry or postdoctoral experience.
• Strong track record in molecular biology and small molecule screening.
• Experience with cell- or surface-displayed protein targets is preferred.
