Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field.
• Alternatively MS with 7+ years biopharma experience.
• Deep expertise in HPLC/UHPLC method development and LC-MS characterization.
• Experience in MS-based structural confirmation and de novo elucidation.
• Hands-on experience with Q-TOF / Orbitrap mass spectrometers.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities with scientific rigor.
• Proven ability to drive technical initiatives and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with peer‑reviewed publications.

Responsibilities

• Design, optimize, and execute chromatographic methods (HPLC/UHPLC, SFC, SEC) with multi‑detector systems.
• Lead HRMS and MS/MS for structure elucidation of peptides and small molecules.
• Evaluate next‑gen measurement technologies and high‑throughput workflows.
• Automate data processing and digital workflows to accelerate analysis.
• Collaborate with discovery teams and present findings at meetings.
• Maintain data integrity and GDP/ELN compliance.
