Qualifications

• MS in Chemistry with 8+ years pharma development experience or PhD with 2+ years.
• Experience with analytical methods for raw materials, intermediates, and drug substances.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a dynamic, cross-cultural environment.
• Self-motivated with ownership and accountability; adapts to change and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Author analytical procedures, development/validation protocols and reports.
• Perform investigations with strong troubleshooting skills.
• Provide documentation for inspections and audits with data integrity knowledge.
• Evaluate analytical methods for critical quality attributes of cGMP materials.
• Train staff on analytical techniques and problem solving.
