Job summary

Johnson & Johnson's Innovative Medicine division seeks a Senior Scientist in Computational Biology focused on oncology translational research. You will analyze multimodal omics, biomarker, and clinical data using AI, bioinformatics, and ML to inform oncology clinical development.

Collaborate across clinical, biomarker, regulatory, and data science teams to identify biomarkers for prognosis, treatment response, and resistance, and to advance translational strategies through computational evidence.

Qualifications

  • PhD in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, or related field.
  • 1-3 years’ industry experience
  • proficiency in R, Python, and high-throughput data analysis
  • strong knowledge of oncology biology, biomarker applications, and clinical trial concepts

Job description

Role

Senior Scientist in Computational Biology focused on oncology translational research within Johnson & Johnson's Innovative Medicine division.

Objectives

Objectives include analyzing complex multimodal omics, biomarker, and clinical data using AI, bioinformatics, and machine learning to generate insights that inform oncology clinical development.

Responsibilities
