Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a technical food laboratory role.
• Experience with ISO 17025 and lab audits.
• Strong stakeholder management and English communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultancy to regional stakeholders on experimental design and data interpretation.
• Manage escalation testing for incidents and lab investigations.
• Lead lab governance activities including audits and CAPA follow-up.
• Coordinate external laboratory relationships in the region.
• Travel up to 30% globally with occasional weekends.
