Mars US is seeking a Regional Consultancy & Audit Senior Scientist to deliver client-centric laboratory consultancy and technical governance services across the region. The role involves advising development centers and factories on experimental design and data interpretation, and managing external lab relationships and escalation testing.

Travel up to 30% globally with occasional weekends, and collaborate with regional stakeholders to drive value while upholding Mars quality and food safety

Qualifications

• Proven ≥5 years technical laboratory background in food testing methods.
• Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent in writing and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Provides consultancy support to regional stakeholders with experimental design and data interpretation.
• Manages escalation testing for crises and supports lab investigations.
• Maintains knowledge of regionally required analysis methods and coordinates with external labs.
• Supports lab governance activities including audits and CAPA follow-up.
