Qualifications

• PhD with 2-7 years of experience or MS with 5+ years in a relevant field.
• 2-5 years in a pharmaceutical/biotech CMC/cGMP environment preferred.
• Experience with CRO/CMOs for RSM and DS manufacture to meet timelines.

Responsibilities

• Own chemical development activities across the portfolio, including process development and manufacture of regulatory starting materials (RSMs) and support DS for clinical trial materials.
• Route scouting of pre-clinical and clinical candidates.
• Develop robust and scalable processes to support initial scale-up for animal studies.
• Author tech transfer documents and coordinate CROs/CDMOs to reproduce chemistry across sites.
• Support RSM and DS manufacturing at CRO/CDMOs, including scale-up for candidate selection during drug discovery.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and prepare CMC sections of INDs/NDAs/CTAs.
