Job summary

Nurix Therapeutics is seeking a Senior Scientist in Chemical Development to advance portfolio programs from bench to clinic. You will scout routes, build scalable processes, and coordinate with CROs/CDMOs to supply drug substance for early clinical trials.

You will spend up to 50% of your time in the lab and contribute to regulatory documentation, tech transfers, and cross-site collaborations in a small, entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications

• Motivated chemist with broad responsibilities in a small, entrepreneurial setting.
• Experience with CROs/CDMOs for drug substance manufacture.
• Ability to develop scalable processes and participate in tech transfers.

Responsibilities

• Own chemical development activities across the portfolio.
• Route scouting of pre-clinical and clinical candidates.
• Develop scalable processes for RSMs and DS for clinical materials.
• Author transfer documents and supervise CRO/CDMO collaborations.
• Support regulatory submissions (CMC sections).
• Travel up to 10%.
