Job summary

Cellipont Bioservices is seeking a Senior Scientist, Process Development with expertise in Lentivirus and EV-based therapeutics. The role focuses on designing, optimizing and executing mammalian cell culture, upstream/downstream processing, and scale-up for multiple therapy programs.

You will collaborate with analytical teams and clients to advance programs from bench to bedside in a GMP setting. The position requires hands-on experience with bioreactors, chromatography, and filtration

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of industry experience in pharma/biotech
• Process Development experience for Cell and Gene Therapy required
• Hands-on Lentiviral/EV upstream processing incl. mammalian culture and bioreactors
• Lentiviral/EV downstream processing incl. chromatography and TFF/filtration
• Formulation & concentration UF/DF for EVs
• GMP environment experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to independently design/execute experiments

Responsibilities

• Design, optimize and perform process development experiments
• Scale-up/scale-out of processes for different therapy programs
• Coordinate with analytical development to test/characterize products
• Lead discussions with clients on process development projects
• Ensure detailed documentation and compliance with cGMP
• Maintain lab records and preventive maintenance
• Support Business Development via technical calls
• Assist in technology transfer to Manufacturing
• Collaborate with suppliers and external vendors
• Provide robust, reproducible processes and data analyses
