Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years’ experience with cell‑based assays, specifically cytokine release and cytotoxicity assays.
Experience with one or more cell-based assay platforms.
Minimum of 1 year experience in 6+ color flow cytometry.
Responsibilities
Design, execute and analyze experiments independently.
Collaborate internally to interpret, interrogate and troubleshoot data.
Responsible for the completion of research, experiments, and assignments.
Skills
Excellent sterile and cell culture technique working with human cells
Ability to analyze data and interpret results with minimal supervisor guidance
Basic Knowledge of human immunology
Education
B.S. in biotechnology, molecular biology, microbiology, immunology, oncology or related field
