Prellis Biologics, Inc. is seeking a Scientist– B Cell Biology & Immunology to advance our in vitro immune-system platform, lymph node organoid technologies, and functional assays for antibody discovery.

The role combines hands-on bench work with data analysis, protocol development, and collaboration across disciplines in a fast-paced startup setting. The ideal candidate has strong experience in B cells, cell culture, flow cytometry, and assay development, with responsibility for experimental

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Immunology or related discipline required.
• 5+ years of relevant immunology/biology laboratory experience; industry experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of adaptive immunity, B-cell biology and antibody discovery.
• Experience with primary immune-cell isolation, culture, and in vitro stimulation.
• Flow cytometry design, staining, analysis, and cell sorting experience.
• Experience with ELISA and protein-analysis techniques.
• Excellent experimental design, troubleshooting, and data interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute, optimize and analyze complex cell-based experiments.
• Develop in vitro immune-cell culture and stimulation strategies.
• Spend 60–80% of time conducting experiments in the lab.
• Troubleshoot challenges and refine protocols and workflows.
• Analyze immunological data and donor selection for ex vivo immunization.
