Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Immunology or related field.
• 5+ years of lab experience in immunology/cell biology; industry preferred.
• Strong background in B-cell biology and antibody discovery.
• Experience with primary immune-cell isolation, culture, and in vitro stimulation.
• Hands-on flow cytometry with panel design, staining, and sorting.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and optimize complex cell-based experiments.
• Develop in vitro immune-cell culture and stimulation strategies.
• Spend 60–80% of time at bench performing experiments.
• Troubleshoot protocols and improve workflows.
• Analyze immunological data and donor-related panels for ex vivo immunization.
