Job summary
MSD in South San Francisco is seeking a Senior Scientist to drive automated antibody generation and high‑throughput screening within the Molecular Discovery group. You will execute automated liquid handling, analyze data, and collaborate across teams to advance antibody discovery programs.
The role requires hands‑on experience with ELISA, flow cytometry, and lab automation, with strong programming and data skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant biological science field; 7+ years for Bachelor’s, 4+ years for Master’s, or Ph.D.
- Experience with automated liquid handling platforms and robotics.
- Hands-on experience with ELISA and flow cytometry.
Responsibilities
- Execute automated liquid handling to support lab workflows
- Develop and optimize high-throughput antibody screening methods
- Perform and interpret bioassays and cellular characterization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across projects
