Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences or related field with 6+ years of lab experience.
- Experience with mammalian cell culture and antibody screening assays.
- Experience with multi-color flow cytometry and analysis software such as FlowJo/OMIQ.
- Experience with high-throughput assay workflows and liquid handling.
- Experience with data analysis and visualization platforms such as Benchling, GraphPad Prism, SpotFire.
- Experience applying scripting, data automation, or AI-assisted tools to improve data processing.
Responsibilities
- Support antibody discovery, engineering, and characterization by executing cell-based assays and multi-color flow cytometry.
- Optimize and troubleshoot high-throughput workflows, including liquid handling systems.
- Analyze, interpret, document, and communicate results to project teams.
- Contribute to data analysis and reporting workflows through scripting and automation.
- Maintain accurate records and data integrity across experiments.
- Support laboratory operations, including instrument maintenance and inventory management.
